The One Where We Talk About Everything

Our courses are two-way conversations
Why take this course?
Inspired by the iconic American TV show Friends, this English conversation course gives intermediate and upper-intermediate learners a fun, real-world space to practice spoken English on topics that actually matter: friendship, work, relationships, home life, and how technology is changing the way we connect. Whether you're a longtime Friends fan or discovering it for the first time, you'll have something meaningful to talk about while building the fluency and confidence to say it. Available for a limited time in August to celebrate International Friendship Day.
What you will learn
In a live 1-on-1 lesson with a Cambly tutor, you'll move well beyond small talk. You'll practice the conversation skills that make English speakers sound natural and confident—agreeing, disagreeing, hedging, and asking follow-up questions—while exploring vocabulary for describing personalities, discussing work and ambition, and talking about cultural differences.
