Hello!
Hi! My name is Sophia and I’m a TEFL certified English language teacher. Having spent years on the learners’ side, I am enthusiastic about bringing my experience and understanding of language development to teaching. My goal is to facilitate learning with an emphasis on students achieving success in communication in English. Whether your desire to improve your English skills comes from a personal development goal or a professional development need I am ready to get to work in helping you achieve! I speak French and Spanish and am happy to provide teaching in English with the option of additional support in students’ native languages for French and Spanish speaking students.
Outside of languages, I have a passion for acting and music. I love playing the cello and piano! I am also a keen traveler - I most recently spent time in Spain, Italy and China!
