I'm an Aikido teacher. I also love Yoga and Meditation and playing trumpet. I have travelled extensively, and lived for long periods in Canada and Japan especially, now living in Brazil. I have a broad range of interests from Art History to Comparative Religion. I love watching good informative documentaries as well as having the occasional Netflix binge! I love the sea.
