Hello!

Hi! My name's Vikki and I'm from England. I have spent the last 3 years travelling the world, volunteering at street dog charities to help care for the sick and injured animals. Along the way, I met many people and worked with local communities who were so happy to learn English as I spoke with them. This has inspired me to pass my TEFL certificate and become an online English teacher so that I can help more people to learn. Prior to travelling, I worked for the UK Civil Service for over 10 years in various different roles. I am qualified in law, business and customer service, and so can help learners improve on their professional English as well as learning the basics. I spent some time in Thailand volunteering in schools to teach English to children between the ages 3 - 10 years old, which was so much fun! I enjoy teaching people of all ages. I love to help people to learn and to work towards their goals, and I look forward to helping more people every day!

I love to travel and have adventures! I've been to many places and seen many things. I also love to read books about other people having adventures - some autobiographies, but if I'm really honest, mostly fairy tales! I love animals, especially dogs and donkeys. I work with street dogs when I'm on my travels and I volunteer at The Donkey Sanctuary when I'm in the UK. I am very into fitness and love running, yoga, lifting weights and Muay Thai.
