Hi! I'm Doug from Chicago, Illinois USA. I love teaching, traveling, and meeting people from around the world. I am a person of words and enjoy working with people to improve their language skills. And I like to make learning fun!
I like cycling, movies, and love music and theatre. I am a reformed runner and former athlete. I love traveling and seeing new places and learning new things. I love people. I have had chef's training and love to cook. As a younger person I was a cartoonist and artist. I love history and all kinds of learning. I am in a book club. I have written and performed humor on stage and have improvised -- and I have taught these skills to others. I love to laugh and learn. These days, I am a prolific writer and storyteller for stage and radio.
