My life has lead me to visit several countries including Nepal and Japan, Morocco, Brazil and Ecuador; I have lived in Costa Rica and for many years in Spain. I have worked in restaurants where I enjoyed meeting a variety of nationalities. For many years I have been a health practioner and teacher of Shiatsu, meditation and shamanic healing methods. I have been involved in communities as a group facilitator. All this experience gives me a good range of communication skills.
