Hello!
Hello, my name is Melissa and I'm looking forward to helping you learn the English language. I myself have learned a second language so I understand the challenges in doing so. For many years I have done volunteer work, teaching people of all ages. My husband and I clean and dye carpets together for work. I look forward to supporting and encouraging you as you learn English.
I am very close with my family and enjoy spending time with them and my friends. I also enjoy being outside, gardening and going for hikes so I can explore nature. I love to travel and some of my favorite places that I've been are Scotland, China, Alaska and Ukraine.

I like to be adaptable, to help students learn in a way that works for them. Having a relaxed, quiet and comfortable environment to promote learning. As a student what I appreciated most was a kind and encouraging teacher and that is what I imitate. I commend students for their efforts and kindly guide them where they need assistance. I have taught children English in the past using songs, pictures and fun.
