Hello. I'm Marcus, a passionate teacher with an adaptable teaching strategy. I help to improve a students English with simple rules to follow and easy step by step practices.
I have an extensive family educational background. I come from a long history of educational leaders. My mother is a teacher, both my siblings are teachers, and my father was a principal for 35 years. My aunt even started a charter school (Sallie B. Howard school) in Wilson NC where I was born (feel free to google). I have lived in Mexico for the last 3 years as permanent resident teaching English mostly to spanish speakers. I love learning new things from books and podcast. I have a two year old son who takes up most of my time, so I guess he is my main hobby. I love trying new food and watching new TV series about anything interesting.

My teaching style changes to the needs of each student. After I learn why you are learning English and what your goals are, I proceed from there. Mostly, I often correct pronunciation, grammar, and I offer proven unusual practice methods that you can use on your own time. The most important rule to learning a new language is the ability to think critically. There will be new things learned in a session with me.
