I’m here to help you to feel comfortable and confident to express yourself in English by adapting to your needs and interests. As we’ll focus on your interests and goals in our lessons, you’ll naturally improve your fluency in a fun and safe environment! You don’t need to fear making mistakes as it’s part of the journey and a great opportunity for you to learn and grow. I’ve been teaching English online since 2017 and I hold a 120-hour TEFL certificate so your English journey is in safe hands with me 😊 My hobbies include travelling, learning foreign languages, learning about different cultures, playing tennis and getting messy with my art! I’m Claire and I have been teaching English online since 2017. I also have a 120-hour TEFL qualification and a 1st Class Degree in BSc International Business Management from a top UK university. My favourite hobbies are learning foreign languages (currently: Spanish, Greek and Italian), creating art in my art journal, meeting people from all around the world and travelling. I’ve lived extensively in Argentina (both Buenos Aires and Patagonia) and Spain (Madrid) and would love to slowly travel around the world. I’m a very warm, curious and open person and I’d love to learn more about you, your culture and your interests through English.

I believe that you will learn English best when you’re having fun. I encourage my students to not see English as a chore but instead, as an excellent opportunity to explore their interests and passions. Whether you’re learning English for professional, personal, or educational reasons, I’ll adapt my teaching style to fit your needs and interests. For example, we can have casual conversations, role-play classes based on specific settings (such as a phone call, tourism or a professional workplace environment). Ultimately, as a language learner myself, I know that you may feel nervous to speak English but I am here to encourage and support you in whatever way works best for you.
