Hello!
Hi, I'm Claire-Louise and I'm from a seaside town in the UK. I've worked on Cambly for over three years and in education for the past 28 years. I love to meet and talk to new people and currently have over 30 regular students. My classes will offer you a variety of ways to help you improve your English and gain confidence, whether you want to perfect your conversation skills or vocabulary, develop your English for travel or business or to prepare for an upcoming English exam or interview. I have access to Cambly materials and various other links to help you develop and progress with your learning.
I am so lucky to live in a seaside town in the UK. I love to explore nature and the outdoors and have the coast and cliffs, common land and Dartmoor national park on my doorstep. For relaxation I enjoy reading, working out, walking, meditation,gardening and renovating my house. I love spring when the plants and trees that we have grown start to bud and flower. I enjoy finding out about new cultures, both by travelling to different countries and talking to people from around the world. I have three children, with my husband, they are 24, 22 and 18 years old and together we enjoy watching sports such as football, F1, horse riding, athletics and Tennis. Manchester united is the Premiership Football team that my family support but our local lower league club is the most important team for all of our family and friends. I love animals and we have a crazy dog called Lexi and my daughter has a horse called Mary. I enjoy listening to all different kinds of music and watching TV shows about nature, travel and home renovation.

I am a kind and patient tutor and It's important to me that I develop a bond with every student so that they feel confident and excited to learn. I spend time getting to know each of them, as then I can fully understand what they need to help them achieve their full potential. My classes will help you progress with speaking, listening and pronunciation skills as well as giving you pointers on grammar, spelling and fluency.
