Hello!
Hello! My name is Richard. I love to teach English, and I love to see my students gain new skills and more confidence. I was born in England and speak with a Southern English accent - sometimes called 'Received Pronunciation'.
I lived for some years in Australia and then the United States, and I understand the differences in English around the world. In my career I have worked at the highest levels of Government, working with business leaders and other professionals - so I understand how English can be used to succeed at work. I love living in a big city, and I love exploring art, culture and history here in London and around the world.

I work with my students to understand what they want to achieve, and I design my lessons around that. My English lessons will always be friendly and fun. No two lessons will ever feel the same, and my students will never be bored! I want students to feel relaxed, and able to be their true self during lessons - because that's when the best learning happens.
