Hello!
NOT a specialist in business or business English!!! I am a certified (Level 5 TEFL) English teacher who aims to guide my students as they work to improve their English skills. I work with students to discover their English speaking goals, and will provide lessons and material that is appropriate for your level. I am trained in general English instruction, and have NO background in business/business English.
I am originally from the USA, but I'm on the move often. I love meeting and connecting with people, learning about them, and providing support with their English studies. I have a passion for learning foreign languages, and love to share that with students. No language has an end goal for learning, and the sooner we can recognize that it's a lifelong process, the more comfortable we can be with learning and making "mistakes". My hobbies/interests include hiking, SCUBA diving, football/soccer, geography, farming/gardening, and travel, and I am more than happy to discuss these topics with students who are also interested.

I have a very flexible and fluid teaching style, providing conversation, reading materials, exercises, etc. I adapt to student needs and requests. I can help students study for exams (A1-C1), improve conversational fluency, or study grammar concepts. I will work closely with my students as they strive to reach their English speaking goals. I believe in full exposure to the target language, with little translation, as this creates a good platform for language acquisition.
