👩🏫 Welcome to my profile, dear students! My name is Sylvia, and I’m a qualified TEFL teacher from London. Please feel free to let me know what you'd like to learn and I’ll do my very best to support and guide you! ❌ IMPORTANT: 1. I DON'T accept 45 or 60 min classes with new students. Please book a 15 or 30 min class first, so we can get to know each other and make plans for your future lessons. 2. I DON’T teach children. Children under the age of 15 have to sign up for the Cambly Kids website (I will unfortunately have to cancel or end the class otherwise).
Hello!😊 My name is Sylvia. I am a very friendly, patient and happy person, who loves to speak to people from all over the world! I like watching films, going to different cafe's and restaurants, learning languages, spending time with my family, traveling, taking pictures and a lot more! I also have 2 beautiful crazy cats, who are like my children, haha! I am a real animal lover 😻Let´s talk about many things together!

Teaching Style
My teaching style can best be described as supportive, fun and comforting. I encourage my students to have a voice in the classroom and to feel comfortable and confident at all times. I do my very best to make my students feel at home and at ease, so they don't have to worry about feeling nervous during our lesson. I am a very understanding and patient teacher, so don´t worry about making mistakes! My students have different needs and preferences. Some want more in-depth structured classes, and others just want to practice their speaking skills with me, very casually as a friend 😊 I am totally OK with either of them.
