I’m a patient, high-energy Cambly Kids tutor! I help shy kids start speaking with confidence through songs, games & stories. I’ve taught preschool for 3 years + ESL for 7 years. I am a teacher who enjoys being creative. I have several creative hobbies (seriously I do). I enjoy taking photos of people, animals, and landscapes (I have a professional camera and all). I am also a makeup artist and hairdresser on some days. I also enjoy creating fun educational activities for my 2-year-old. I draw in my spare time and enjoy cooking for my family. I believe practice makes perfect. That is why my preferred teaching style is Communicative Language Teaching. I also like to integrate other skills within my teaching style, such as listening, reading, and writing. This way my students will be able to practice through regular interaction. My aim is to avoid students feeling awkward about making mistakes. I believe guided learning helps students gain confidence quickly. It will also help them to feel relaxed and willing to express themself.
