Hello!
**Hey everyone!** I’m Santi—your guide on an exciting journey through the English language and Western culture! I teach all adults that are interesting in improving conversational ability and confidence. I’m a friendly, patient English tutor who loves real conversation. I help students speak naturally, build self-belief, and enjoy learning—no pressure, no boring lessons. I teach adults only (16+)! And, please just make sure that your camera is on during the lesson.
I was born in a small market town in the centre of the UK but spent most of my school years living in Sheffield - a city famous for snooker, football and music! As my father is Spanish, I would often split my time between Sheffield and Barcelona when I was growing up. I have been a ''digital nomad'' (a travelling remote worker) for about 12 years. Over that time, I have lived in England, Spain, Australia, China (Beijing and Hangzhou), Thailand, Cambodia and Indonesia. As well as that, I have visited about 60 countries... and counting! When I am not travelling, you can probably catch me watching football. I follow the team Espanyol in La Liga. As well as that, I am also an admirer of Liverpool in the English Premier League. In addition, I support the Spain national team. I’m an avid non-fiction reader and a daily consumer of news articles, which allows me to dive deep into a wide range of topics—history, politics, economics, food, travel, music, hip-hop culture, sports (especially football, boxing, and MMA), movies, TV, fitness, psychology, relationships… you name it. So whatever you're into, just let me know—I'm always up for a good conversation!

My teaching style is interactive, personalized, and technology-driven. As a passionate fan of technology, I heavily integrate AI into my lessons to create unique and engaging learning experiences tailored to each student’s needs and goals. Lessons can focus on open-ended discussions, vocabulary building based on your level, grammar improvement, idioms, pronunciation, and natural conversation skills. I aim to make every lesson practical, enjoyable, and relevant to real-life communication. If you prefer a more relaxed approach, I also love free conversation. As a people person, I genuinely enjoy meeting new people, learning about different cultures, and helping students build confidence through natural, friendly discussions.
