Hello!

Hello! My name is Teacher Derek and I am from America! I have been teaching for 11 years, and I'm so thankful to have found a vocation in it. After graduating with a bachelor's degree, I received my TESOL certification and taught ESL to middle school and high school students in Thailand for three years. Then I moved back to the USA and taught elementary (kindergarten to sixth grade) students for two years. I have been teaching English online for the last six years. I can't wait to see you in the classroom!

When I'm not teaching, I love spending time with my family! I have two sons, who are 13 and 7 years old. I also enjoy being a content creator and making and listening to music. I love to read and write as well.
