Hi, Welcome to Cambly! Let me introduce myself. My name is Rossina and I am a Teacher of English. I was born in the UK and lived there until 2020 when I moved to the USA. I enjoyed a successful career as a clinical nurse, a health care manager and latterly as an academic in a UK University. I have helped many students prepare for interviews to secure places in UK and English speaking universities and I enjoy talking to them about their aspirations and helping them along their journey. I am interested in the world, current affairs, travel and culture. I am a lifelong reader and gardener and grow my own fruit and vegetables. I really enjoy helping students with conversational English and exam preparation especially for IELTS, OET, TOEFL testing, written and verbal. I also enjoy role play for OSCE exams. I look forward to meeting you and helping you on your Cambly journey.
I am friendly and approachable. I have 20+ years of experience teaching students at all levels, academically from beginner, up to and including post graduate degree level. My specialties are in written English, conversational practice, plus interview practice. I am also an experienced career mentor. I have a wide range of interests and life experiences and I believe I can relate to you and help you fulfil your English Language goals.

I am a qualified teacher of adults and have examiner experience so am familiar with learning outcomes and measurement of achievement through assessment and feedback.
