Hello!
Hi! My name is Logan. I love to read, write, sing, and act. I love words! I love the variety of their sounds and meanings. You can tell a lot about a person by the words they use. That's why I enjoy conversing with people. You can know people better just by the act of listening. I hope to be blessed by getting to know a lot of people here while I help them refine their skills. As a mentor and instructor, I'm always interested in learning from my students as much as teaching them. Together, we can explore the English language and learn beyond it, finding goodness, beauty, and truth along the way!
I am a graduate of the Motion Picture Institute of Michigan. I received a certificate in Film Production with a focus on Screenwriting. I enjoy writing short films and making online movie reviews as a hobby. I have also worked side jobs as an actor, book critic and a ghostwriter for web content. My jobs and hobbies have required me to spend a great deal of my time paying attention to how people talk, whether it's for critiquing others' work or creating my own. It's an important part of the work I do.

I would describe my teaching style as loose and casual. My areas of focus are reading, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversation. As a mentor, my goal is to help students grow and use English as a means of self-expression and to appreciate life more! In my class, there's no pressure to be great at speaking English. You should come as you are and try your best. If you learn even a little bit from a conversation with me, then you've grown a little more and that means a whole lot. Learning a language can be scary. But you can't succeed if you don't make the choice to try. I want to be a mentor that always encourages that. Never be afraid to try!
