Hello! I love teaching languages and also learning them myself! I am a native English speaker but have taught in second language immersion settings for many decades. I play cello and Native American flute, speak Spanish and am a nature enthusiast. I'm very interested in the areas of education, language learning, and healthcare around the world. I love to walk and swim, but I especially love to helping intermediate and advanced students learn English through free talk, discussing an article, or doing an intermediate/advanced level Cambly lesson. I do not teach children on Cambly. They can learn English on Cambly Kids.
I am a passionate reader, history, and nature enthusiast as well as amateur musician (cello and Native American flute). I have devoted my entire life to teaching languages and plan on doing so from my current age of 63 to at least age 72. I am very interested in helping learners master English enough for their personal and professional goals and also so we can share our many common concerns facing our global community.

My teaching style is very organized but yet also creative as I tailor my lessons to each individual student's strengths and interests, using my decades of teaching experience for the most language growth through engaging lessons. I love to chat, do a lesson you choose from the Cambly Library, or discuss an article you choose from www.engoo.com. I will type all your sentences correctly in the chat box and send them to you after the lesson so that you can practice your English after the lesson.
