Rebecca
Hello!
Hello! I'm taking a break from tutoring students temporarily. Thank you for understanding! Hello! My name is Rebecca Hasse, and I’m a native English speaker from the United States. As far as my qualifications and experience, I hold a 140-hour TEFL certificate, an associate’s degree in business, and a bachelor’s degree in Spanish language. I have over 3 years of experience as a private English language tutor, specifically focusing on the language acquisition needs of native Spanish speakers. I have 4 years of experience in business management, where I used business English to effectively communicate in a professional setting. I am also conversational in Russian, and am currently learning Korean. As you can see, I love learning languages, and understand the unique challenges that language learners face. My hobbies and interests include learning languages (of course), cross-cultural communication, music, exercise, spending time outdoors, cooking, and baking. I look forward to meeting you and helping you improve your English language ability!
In addition to my qualifications and experiences listed above, the most important job that I have is being a mother. I would love to help you gain fluency in English while conversing about raising children and other parenting topics.

Teaching Style
My personal teaching philosophy involves learning English in a way that is fun and that will help you to use the language in everyday situations. This may mean learning English through children’s songs and books, listening to podcasts, watching TV shows in English, playing games, or simply engaging in conversation practice. The more enjoyable language learning is for you, the more you’ll want to do it! I know that I will have done my job if you can effectively communicate in English with native speakers to meet your professional, academic, or personal goals.
