Hello, my name is Amee. I am an online ESL teacher originally from New York State, now based in Egypt since 2021. I am passionate about helping learners of all ages achieve their goals, whether that means improving English for professional communication, building confidence in everyday conversation, or developing strong foundations in language and academics. I hold a BS in Accounting and a TEFL certification. My approach is patient, structured, and adaptable—designed to meet the unique needs of both adults and younger students.
I enjoy reading, listening to music, occasionally crocheting, and working out. Nature inspires me too—I love kayaking on the water, relaxing on sandy shores, and discovering new places. I love animals! I have one cat named Simsim who sometimes thinks he's a dog! I also enjoy traveling, visiting museums, and learning about history and other cultures.
