Hello!
I am a British citizen who has lived and taught English in Vietnam for the past 10 years! I have seven years classroom experience and three years online. I have taught over 5000 classes to 500+ students. I have two daughters, 13 and 9 years old. I teach both my daughters English, as their mother tongue is Vietnamese! I love teaching young learners and watching their confidence grow as their knowledge of the English language grows. I believe that every child has their own unique learning style. I can quickly establish your childs style and adapt my teaching techniques to suit. Learning should always be fun for our little ones. I see myself as a fun and energetic teacher!
I moved to Vietnam 15 years ago when I met my husband. My family and I live in a beautiful town called Hoi An. We are very lucky to live 5 minutes from the beach and it is very much part of our lives. I am an outdoors person. I cycle everyday and love to treat myself with a cup of coffee after. Both my daughters swim competitively which means we travel a lot in the summer. I am lucky that I can take my job with me.

I truly believe that all children are unique and have something special that they can bring to their own education. I will assist my students to express themselves and accept themselves for who they are, as well embraces the differences in others! Every classroom has it's own unique community, my role as the teacher will be to assist each child in developing their own potential and learning styles. I will incorporate hands-on learning, projects and individual work that engage and activate students learning. And most importantly, lets have fun!!!!
