Hello!

My name is Ms. Rachel and I'm from the United States of America. I worked and lived in South Korea for three and a half years and taught English to elementary and middle-school aged students. Now I'm back in my home country and I've been back in USA since September 2021. Some of my hobbies include watching movies, playing with my dog, exercising, and cooking. Hope to see you soon!

If you're confused about my nationality, I was born and raised in the USA to a Caucasian American father and a Korean mother. I'm currently living in the USA. Also, if there's something that I can improve on, feel free to message me. After a lesson, I would appreciate it if you could message me your feedback on my teaching.

Teaching Style

I enjoy teaching beginner level students as it is fun introducing them to new vocabulary and pairing it with a visual. I've been told by those I worked with before that students really enjoy my phonics classes. I have a lot of fun teaching phonics classes. I'm also a patient person as I understand that learning a new language is not easy. So, I will kindly correct you along the way. Unfortunately, I'm unable to teach Business English to those wanting to learn as I'm not very well-versed in the area of business.
