Hi there! I'm Axl from Canada and I have been helping people improve their English since 2018. I enjoy helping students figure out how to talk about the things important to them, whether it be by following Cambly courses, reading articles together online, or studying for a specific exam or interview. Feel free to come to class with a suggestion about what to talk about! I like to go slowly through the material and give feedback and corrections about grammar and pronunciation. My number one priority is to let students talk, so I ask my students lots of questions based on their responses or find opportunities to expand on Cambly's lesson material. While I'm friendly, I'm also a bit of a "teacher type" - that is, I'll actually correct your grammar or suggest new vocabulary or ways of saying things. During class, we'll slowly go through Cambly's lesson material talking about a few slides each class. This ensures we fully discuss things, and you have lots of opportunity to practice the topic. Please note that I only accept 30-minute or longer classes. Please book a 30 minute class for your first one so we can see if we are a good match. Adults Only. Thanks!
