Hello!
Hi. My name is Naomi and I am semi-retired. I worked with non-native English speaking faculty, staff and students at the University of Central Florida for over 30 years. I have my Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Master's in Instructional Technology, and a Master's Global TEFL/TESOL Certificate. I am currently tutoring at the Adult Literacy League. I look forward to working with you.
I have a love for cultural experiences. I was a foreign exchange student in Japan. I did not speak Japanese, so I know what it feels like to be a non-native speaker in a country. My experiences in Japan taught me the importance of being able to communicate with others, even through language barriers. I want to help break down these barriers.
