I was born and raised in Houston, Texas, USA and received my Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Houston. I have worked in various sectors, including call centers, tourism, non-profit organizations, education, and marketing — as well as freelance work. Before moving to Ecuador, I spent seven years working as a Data Analyst in the marketing department of a large transnational company. I moved to Ecuador in 2014 with my husband Christopher. I love Cuenca, Ecuador and enjoy exploring the city (and the country) - and learning more about the Ecuadorian language and culture.
