Hi there! I’m an English tutor with a native, neutral accent and a genuine interest in helping students feel more comfortable and professional when using English. I studied English and Spanish at university, which gave me a strong academic foundation in how languages work and how they are taught. Before transitioning into teaching, I spent ten years in professional sales in England, working across the medical, trade, and e-commerce sectors. Last year, I moved to Italy, where I now co-host several holiday rentals around Lake Como. Handling international guests and professional logistics on a daily basis keeps my communication skills sharp and relevant to the modern business world. I have a degree in English, a TEFL qualification and a certificate for teaching Business English. As I am currently learning Italian, I truly understand the challenges of moving abroad and the dedication required to master a new language. This personal experience allows me to offer a more empathetic and patient environment. Our lessons can focus on practical skills such as professional correspondence, sales vocabulary, and building the confidence needed for the workplace. Additionally, I enjoy helping students prepare for life in the UK.
