Hello!
Hello, my name is Capi. I'm an ESL teacher from Colorado, USA. I use to live in Hawaii, Oklahoma City, and Texas. I recently relocated to Kobe, Japan. I grew up loving animals and reading. My classes are fun and easy! Call me and let's chat! I'm excited to meet you!
I have been teaching since 2019 as an ESL tutor/teacher. I've worked with various ages while teaching. I worked with infants and adults. I'm currently a toddler teacher and have worked with kids from 1 to 5 years old. I was born in Texas. At the age of 7 years old, I moved to Colorado. After graduating high school, I moved to Hawaii for eight years. I went to college at the University of Hawaii at UH Hilo. I have a bachelor's degree in English. I also have a minor in Japanese studies and a TESOL certificate. I use to live in Oklahoma with my husband. I currently relocated to Kobe, Japan with my husband. I love traveling to different states and countries. My goal is to travel everywhere and experience new cultures and food. I love my animals very much. I have three dogs and one cat! My hobbies are reading, writing, drawing, hiking, crocheting, and spending time with my family and friends. I love meeting new people from all over the world and helping them to achieve their goals!

I am very kind and patient with all of my students. I always make sure my students are comfortable with what they want to learn. I can do free talk, Cambly lesson, or even articles discussion/readings! For children, I can do free talk, practice reading different books based on levels (level 1 = Just starting to read, level 2 = Reading with help, Level 3 = Reading on your own, Level 4 = reading paragraphs, and level 5 = Reading for chapters), learning new vocabulary, and learning phonics!
