My career has been defined by high-pressure environments and the need for precision. I began in the British Royal Navy, where I learned the fundamentals of disciplined communication and leadership. I later transitioned into the corporate world as a Business Director in London, leading Marketing, Advertising, and Business Operations. As a former Director of Customer Experience, I have managed large-scale budgets, led cross-functional teams, and reported directly to stakeholders. This corporate 'front-line' experience is what I bring to our sessions. I understand the nuance required for a boardroom presentation and the strategic 'voice' needed for executive-level influence. Today, I live on Flores Island, Indonesia, where I have successfully mastered the local language and culture, giving me a deep, firsthand empathy for the challenges of language acquisition.
