Hello!

Hello, My name is Allyson. I live in the East of England. I am a mum to 5 children. I love to finding out about different cultures. I have lived in different countries over the years, one of which i had to learn the language so i completely understand how difficult it is to learn another language and the importance of having conversations with a native to put your theory into practice! I would love to be able to help you with this. I am interested in travel, nature, cooking, gardening and making memories with my family and friends. I can't wait to meet you!

I have home schooled my children and always played an active roll in helping them with their learning. My youngest son found his early years education really difficult and i am pleased that i made the decision to withdraw him from school and we spent two years learning together. He is now back in school and doing really well. I think the key to teaching children is to make it fun, repetitive, slightly challenging but not so much that they lose the confidence and to give lots of praise. One advantage of having home schooled is that i can research and find resources to help with my teaching.
