I have enjoyed teaching English since 2007 when I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in English Education. A few years ago, I fell in love with teaching ESL online from students all around the world! It has been so much fun getting to know each of my students through conversation, lessons, and laughter. It is very important that my students have fun and feel relaxed while learning. I can't wait to see you in my classroom!
My name is Jennifer Leffler. I am thrilled to be a Cambly teacher! I've been teaching for 17 years in a variety of subjects. I have a Bachelor's degree in English Education, as well as Music, and Arts and Humanities. I have a passion for teaching which has led me to this career. Education is a lifelong journey, so I never stop learning. I'm also an author and public speaker. Most of all, I love teaching. My classroom is a relaxed environment where we can enjoy conversation and lessons at whatever level the student is comfortable. I always try to assess a student's learning style quickly, so I can cater to their individual style. It is very important to correct mistakes, but I do so carefully because I want my students to know it is alright to make a mistake. I enjoy teaching all ages and welcome any ability to my classroom.
