Richard

Hello!

Hi there! I am Richard from the United States of America and I would love to work with you. Adults and children are welcome. I have been teaching in an American classroom for 23 years, and I have been doing online teaching for six years. I am married and I have three children. I enjoy motorcycling, swimming, running, skiing and being with my family. I like to travel a lot and have been all over the world. I enjoy the beach, the ocean, lakes and swimming in all kinds of bodies of water. It is a strong passion of mine. Another important hobby I enjoy is being a Ski Patroller at a local ski resort. I am a member of the National Ski Patrol and a certified Alpine Ski Patroller. I am trained in outdoor emergency care and am a medic. I greatly enjoy skiing, being a ski patroller and helping people in need of emergency medical attention. I also of course love teaching. I love to have conversations about anything because I like to talk and listen. I am very good at both!

I’ve been a classroom teacher in America for 23 years. I have taught elementary school, middle school and I have been at the high school level for 19 years now. I love it. I work with all kinds of different students. I have been teaching English/language arts for my entire career. I have three different types of teaching licenses including being an intervention specialist in the areas of English and Science. A teaching license in the area of reading and an administrative teaching license in the area of being a school principal. I have also been an online teacher in TESOL for six years now. It is a fun and exciting quest and I love meeting people from all over the world.
