Hello, my name is Siobhan and I’m an Online English Tutor from the UK. I’ve worked as an online tutor for 6 years, helping students across the world to improve their speaking, reading and pronunciation skills. In 2015, I graduated with a BA Philosophy and have since completed additional courses such as ‘Advanced Grammar for Teachers’ and ‘Teaching IELTS exam preparation.’ I want students to enjoy the learning process so I always strive to create a relaxed, positive learning environment.

I believe that students learn best when they enjoy the learning process and I also believe in creating a positive learning environment with lots of praise and encouragement in order to build confidence. I always focus on maximising student speaking time to allow students the ability to practice vocabulary, conversational skills, grammar and pronunciation.
