Hello! Let me put my 20 years of teaching ESL to work helping you achieve your English speaking goals. I have experience with students at all levels. Whether you need to start from the beginning or pass your upper level exams for university, sharpen your business English skills or you just want to feel more relaxed and confident communicating in English when you travel, we can do it together! I also have a special interest in helping false beginners, who already know some English words and phrases, to build the foundations they need to speak more fluently. I look forward to seeing you in my classroom!
I live in Greece and I'm the married mother of two adult children. I'm a Red Cross volunteer nurse and an avid mountain climber.

Extensive experience has taught me that to be an effective teacher I need to adjust my approach to the needs and temperament of each student. In general, I prefer delayed correction in conversation practice, so as not to break a student's flow and concentration. I find that more immediate and direct correction of grammar errors during a series of exercises helps students to avoid repeated errors. All that being said, it is very important to me that my approach be upbeat and positive!
