Hello!
Hello, my name is Christal Yanez and I'm an experienced and passionate teacher with over 10 years experience. I have a Bachelor in Arts degree, Teacher Certification K-12, TESOL Vipkid Foundational Certificate, VIPKid Certificates Levels 2-7 . I have taught in public schools for 8 years in the United States. I have ESL experience and teaching children from ages 2-18. I have also taught adults on Cambly. Outside of teaching English, I have taught dance, which is another passion of mine, for a total of 10 years as well. I love to communicate through movement, which is helpful in teaching ESL I understand the challenges that ESL learners face as my family is originally from another country and speak a language other than English. I am a mother of 3 wonderful children and homeschool them as education is very important to me. I am excited to help you improve and practice your English! See you in the classroom!
I love learning new languages myself. I speak English and Spanish. I also have studied a bit of French and American Sign Language. I look forward to helping you with your new language!
