Hello! My name is Teacher Vicki. I am very excited to meet you. I have been teaching for 36 years in the classroom and on line for six years. I have a Bachelor's Degree in education from Peabody College for Teachers and a chemistry/biology degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin. I also have a Masters degree in education from Tennessee Technological University and an Educational Specialist degree in education from Tennessee Technological University. My happiest time is when a student learns something new and their eyes smile with excitement. Come join me to a new adventure full of fun. I look forward to meeting you and learning new things. I live in a small town in Alabama with my husband and two dogs. I love to quilt and sew. We love hockey, cycling, golf, and running. My first love is working with students and watching them grow.

Teaching Style
My teaching style is interactive where the student learns by doing, practicing, and growing. I love to have the students discuss and build on prior knowledge. We will use realia, pictures, and games to make learning fun and exciting for the student. This helps students make connections with their learning. I love working with beginning students as well as older students wanting to build their skills. Learning should always be fun.
