Hello! I'm Brittany. I would love to be your teacher. I've been teaching English since 2018. I love meeting new people. I look forward to meeting you and learning about what you are interested in. I am a kind and patient teacher. Usually, I focus on conversation in class but if you have another English goal, let me know. Please see my availability to know when I am available to teach.
I love getting to know new people and learning about different cultures and languages. I am currently learning Spanish. I know that learning a language is difficult, but it is also fun! Learning a language helps you to understand things in a different way. I really enjoy teaching and seeing people's faces light up when they do well. I have always lived in the USA. I like to travel and have visited Italy, Canada, and Nicaragua.

I am a patient teacher. I guide students to pronounce words correctly. I also encourage students to speak and answer questions on their own as much as possible. If they cannot think of what to say, I help them to remember by using gestures or giving them hints. That way they are still learning. I think learning should be fun, so I try to include activities. I also use TPR (total physical response), especially with younger students, to help them remember vocabulary better.
