Hi, I'm Teacher Rachel. I'm a certified ESL teacher from the United States and have hundreds of hours of experience teaching students from around the world. LGBTQ-friendly 🌈. I live in Spain and I speak Spanish and Catalan fluently. I can help you with business English, travel-related vocabulary, and everyday conversation to build your confidence. Since I also believe music is a great way to learn a language, I can help you learn the lyrics to your favorite English-language songs (and have many recommendations of my own if you are curious 😊). Please note that I cannot reserve class times; I am only available during Priority Hours.
I am from the United States but I currently live in Spain. I speak English with a neutral United States accent. Having learned Spanish and Catalan as an adult, I can empathize with people learning a new language and the challenges they may experience. My husband and I love to travel and we have visited about 40 countries! I appreciate how my students can teach me about their part of the world and their lives.
