Hi, my name is Nancy J. I am looking forward to connect with you! It is wonderful that you desire to begin to learn to speak English or improve your conversational English. I am an adult tutor, and I work best with adults. Reminder- Having a positive attitude, will assist you to be successful. Remember, learning a language happens overtime. I am a USA native English speaker, and I still look up meanings of words. It is common in the English language for new words to be added regularly to our dictionaries. Whatever format we use, whether it is in conversation, learning one word at a time, or utilizing our course material, I am here to encourage you, and tutor you in a format that works best for you. I'm available to assist you with presentations, business, leadership, general conversation, assisting with job interviews, and other. A few options- Choose a Cambly lesson with your favorite topic, and we will work through the pages, including vocabulary and conversation. I also have material focused on reading, vocab, and discussion, along with topical studies. You may also use material that you have chosen. I will do a quick review in class to be sure this will work well in an online environment.
I enjoy spending time with people from diverse backgrounds and culture. Connecting with people from around the world, brings a smile to my face.

My teaching style is relaxed, friendly, and I am an encourager. I am serious when appropriate, but other times I am humorous. It is good to laugh as we learn, whether we are young or old! I am available for conversational practice, Cambly courses, and reading practice. Currently the majority of my students focus on business english, along with a desire to use English conversation in everyday life. (Cambly tutor since 2021)
