Hello! my name is Christian and I’d love to speak English with you. I am from Tasmania (Australia) and I am currently living in France. I am an experienced tutor on CAMBLY - having more than 8,000+ conversations with 3,500+ students. I am TEFL qualified, a certified Life Coach and I am currently studying to be a Counsellor. I love talking about language and conversation as a creative art form, self - development, mindfulness, spirituality, health and well being. I am experienced in helping those who want to interview for new positions (work) in English. I also really enjoy photography, travel, music, literature, history, geography, philosophy, current events, sport and conspiracies :)
I am married and I have a two Sons - a 6 year old and a 3 year old. I also have an English Cocker Spaniel. I am studying and can speak intermediate French. My love of landscape photography has taken me to many isolated places, including; Iceland, South West Utah, the South Island of New Zealand, the Australian Outback, Western Tasmania & even the Northern Areas of Pakistan. I enjoy reading early exploration literature, especially about the Himalayas and Karakoram mountains. I also love reading Philosophy, Psychology and Self - Development literature. I would love to have my own bookshop one day. I also enjoy collecting music.

I am happy to speak casually with you about yourself, myself, current events and any other topics that you’re interested in. I am really interested in knowing how you can read and listen. I have many books (pdf) for us to read together, which include, language as a creative art form, language history, psychology, philosophy, self - development, spirituality, history and popular literature. Alternatively, I can be quite disciplined if you require and would like to focus on vocabulary, grammar or interpretation. I am also able to help you study for those 'pesky' English exams and I am very experienced in helping you prepare for English job interviews.
