I am a Canadian tutor with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certificate. My background has given me strong communication skills and a deep understanding of how people learn and develop confidence. Before becoming an English tutor, I worked for 30 years in community services, where I helped people from many different backgrounds solve problems, communicate effectively, and achieve their goals. Outside of teaching, I enjoy learning about other cultures, traveling, staying active, and continuing to learn new skills. I believe that learning a language is not just about grammar and vocabulary—it is also about connecting with people and sharing ideas.
