Hello!
Hello! My name is Annette and I'm ready to make your English journey fun and easy! I've taught English to people from across the world for many years, and am busy learning French. I think the best way to learn a language is to have fun speaking it, and luckily I LOVE to hear about different parts of the world and what make them unique. With me you'll get BOTH a formal and informal educational experience that balances having fun with really learning the details to make sure you learn to speak comfortably like a native English speaker.
I love to travel and experience new cultures (especially the food!). I have closely worked with and rehabilitated many kinds of wild animals, which was awesome because I love nature. On top of language education, I've also done editing and translation work for international books. I have a wide experience in education and teaching English to students from across the world, and I bring that enthusiasm and experience to every class.

My style is detailed but informal. I'll make sure you're comfortable and speaking about things you enjoy, and use that enjoyment as our fuel to help you master all the technical aspects of learning English. Native speakers of a language don't learn to speak comfortably in a classroom, they learn speaking informally with family and friends. I believe to properly learn English it's necessary to formally learn the language AND have a place to speak comfortably.
