Hello!

Hello, my name is Matthew. I am a native English speaker and qualified TEFL teacher with a considerable amount of online teaching experience. I have not only taught many students but have also assessed their levels and abilities and put them on courses that is best suited for their level of understanding. Having taught thousands of classes of all age levels, I am able to adapt my teaching styles for any age, level or situation. I enjoy giving my students the tools to be able to figure out the answers for themselves in a creative and encouraging environment. I am qualified to help students prepare for examinations for KEY and PET levels and hold many certifications from Cambridge for multiple short courses such as The Psychology of Language learning as well as certification in Developing Listening, Writing and Speaking skills. I encourage learners to continue developing their skills inside and outside of the classroom and take great pride in watching my students develop their abilities. It is rewarding seeing my students develop an enthusiasm for learning while watching them grow in all aspects of their development.

I love teaching and talking about many different subjects as travelling has introduced me to many cultures and languages which I find fascinating. I am also a thrill seeker who enjoys adrenaline filled sports and events but will also enjoy a good fantasy or comedy movie.
