Hi, my name is Debbie, I am a Canadian based in Hong Kong, and have lived in England, Australia and the USA for parts of my life. My passions are in aviation, health and fitness, food and nutrition, animal welfare, teams sports and outdoor adventures, traveling and making the world a better place through sharing my knowledge and experiences with the people I meet along the way.
