Hello!
After 30 years in corporate management, I now help inspired entrepreneurs challenge change, to achieve what they know they are capable of. This said, my objective with our conversations is to give you the confidence of ease in conversation with your English speaking teams, business partners and clients. In my career I led many a multi-lingual, multi-cultural teams and have often found myself having to switch to their language to get buy-in to my projects. Since leadership success is more often than not based in relationship, this experience taught me it is not only the grammer of the language that I had to ply that supported me, but the fact that I could converse about the topic at hand ... in their language. And this would be my wish for you too!
Since the focus of my career is Leadership, Innovation and Change, I have worked on pilot missions of various orgainsations, both on the European and African continents. The last couple of years I have had the pleasure of following summers from hemisphere to hemisphere. This allowed me to learn about cultures and histories of different people and to reflect on how they influence me, my culture and my language. And this is something I enjoy and often use in my client sessions.
