KerryG
Hello!
I have briefly lived in Spain, Greece, Switzerland and Finland. I lived in Bodrum , Turkey for 14 years and move back to UK to be near family in 2023. It's been a challenge but I am settled in Manchester now. I began my journey as an English teacher in 2011. I've tutored on Cambly since April 2021. My career experience before teaching was in tourism and customer service. I've also worked in admin, sales and HR and beauty therapy and medical tourism, to name a few. I have a daughter, loving partner, 2 dogs and a cat (all pets are rescue animals I brought from Turkey to live with me in UK). I dont have much free time but I love to walk my dogs, train at the gym and relax by watching movies/ series. I'm a free spirit who thrives on travel and adventure. I love to share my experiences and learn from people. I'm friendly, patient and passionate about guiding my students through their personal development. I now work as a Sales Consultant for an online travel agency specialising in Disneyland holidays/ cruises.
Experienced in tourism and customer care, and TESL. In my free time I love weight training, kickboxing, walking, camping and road trips, travel, yoga, films, learning guitar. I am an animal lover with 4 pets and have a feisty 12 year old daughter.

I encourage students to relax and have fun during our classes. I will correct when necessary but conversations should be free flowing and natural. My job is to boost your confidence and make the lesson educational yet enjoyable and suitable to the students capabilities. I like to use a variety of teaching materials
