Hello!
Hello and welcome. I am Reign (Rain) as I am known in the writing and art communities. As a poet and writer, my connection to words is very special to me. I will do my best to offer you, as my student, that same experience. Language is an art form in itself and by getting to know each of you individually, I will be better able to assist you in your growth. Welcome and enjoy learning and speaking English in your every day life. My specialty is Topic based conversation. I think it’s more effective among intermediate and advanced level students.
I am a published poet and writer of young adult fiction. My career in business, retail, and telecommunications, spans approximately 30 years. I have always worked to serve others in some capacity. This is why it thrills me to be able to teach others English. English opens the doors of opportunity. Thank you and I hope to meet you in my classroom. Teaching Style
My teaching style is very relaxed but effective. I include a lot of repetition in my conversational teaching. I also include repetition in my lessons that center around daily subject matters in everyday life. I use homework practice lessons so that each student can retain what they have learned in their sessions. So, repetition is extremely important and used in my style of teaching. Remember as tutors and teachers, we cannot give you everything within the classroom setting. You must try to use and listen to English on your own time. This will help you to learn and understand more quickly.
