I have the most experience working with intermediate and advanced learners, and I particularly enjoy helping people build confidence and develop their language skills through conversation.

Hello! My name is Rosena (pronounced Rosana).😊 I’ve always been fascinated by people and their journeys. I love listening to people’s stories, learning about their experiences, and discovering what has shaped them along the way. Slow travel is one of my greatest interests. For me, taking the time to really experience a place is the best way to learn a new language, immerse myself in a different culture, meet interesting people, and, of course, discover new foods! Being in nature and walking are also very important to me. I enjoy the simple pleasure of being outdoors, exploring new places on foot, and taking the time to appreciate my surroundings. Cooking and eating are two of my great passions—although, if I’m being completely honest, I probably eat more than I cook! 😊 I’m also a big movie lover, particularly when I can watch a good film at the cinema. I’ve been fortunate to live abroad in France, the Caribbean, Spain, and Italy, experiences that have shaped my love of travel and my curiosity about different cultures and ways of life.
