Hello!
I have been teaching English for about 12 years. I’ve taught in classrooms in my home country, the USA, as well as in several Latin American countries. I have also been teaching on Cambly for the past four years. I’m patient, friendly, and supportive, and I hope to help you succeed in reaching your English goals. I understand what it’s like to learn a new language and the effort, challenges, and frustration that can sometimes be part of the process. My goal is to create a comfortable environment where you can practice confidently and improve naturally.
I love being outdoors, camping, and hiking. I am also an aspiring artist and creative. I enjoy eating and preparing healthy meals for myself and my daughter. I have done a fair amount of traveling and currently live in southern Mexico.

I have taught a wide variety of students, from ages 4 and up. I’m patient, friendly, and encouraging, and I try to create a relaxed environment where students feel comfortable speaking and making mistakes. I always tell my students that I want two things for them when they leave my class: That they enjoyed their time here. That they learned something new. If we can do those two things consistently, then I consider that a success!
