Teaching Style
My teaching style is a relaxed conversational style that focuses on increasing VOCABULARY, correcting GRAMMAR, and helping students achieve PERFECT PRONUNCIATION. In addition to learning through conversations, I help the student learn by READING ARTICLES out loud that are written for the level of English of the student. This is a helpful tool for the student to INCREASE VOCABULARY while iIMPROVING PRONUNCIATION at the same time. If the student wants to learn vocabulary for their job or study area, it is easy for me to provide it, because I am certified in teaching ENGLISH FOR SPECIFIC PURPOSES (ESP). I enjoy teaching BUSINESS ENGLISH. I have experience as a small business owner and as a BUSINESS INSTRUCTOR. I taught university courses in Job Search Techniques (including INTERVIEWING TECHNIQUES), and MARKETING PRESENTATIONS, so I am happy to help students with both of those areas, teaching not only the vocabulary but the techniques, too.
